This was the concluding chapter in Emily and Ash Oughton’s wedding journey. After having to postpone their wedding three times and, deciding three weeks before the fourth planned wedding date to change venue, the pressure was on to deliver the elegant wedding they had planned for so long.  

Everything about this wedding was not what they had originally requested. Emily’s original brief was extremely specific, she was adamant she did not want to have her reception in a marquee in a field!  Well that all went out the window, giving Every Special Detail three weeks to find a venue, marquee, caterer, kitchen equipment, staff, a bar not forgetting all the table décor and furniture. All of which was made more difficult due to so many weddings being re-organised and re-arranged – suppliers with availability were very thin on the ground. Oh, and another tiny element to factor in, England reaching the final of the Euros! So,an outdoor TV viewing area had to be set up too!

By using lots of contacts, our wonderful suppliers going over and above to accommodate where they could, thinking outside the box (and very little sleep in three weeks), we delivered what can only be described as a beautiful wedding in a stunning location with a truly fantastic evening reception.  The elegant stylish wedding they had dreamed of for over three years had finally become a reality.  It was a truly magical day.
